Double color rotating mould have similar working principle as over molding, just the product is changed to the another cavity by mould core rotating, after machine injected PP material, PP product stick on the core of the mould, the machine wall and moving core 180-degree rotating, then mould closed and the machine inject TPE material. Such a mould needs to be working on the ordinary two-color injection machine, the machine has two paralleled screw, and they can simultaneously molding PP and TPE. Comparing with over molding, the mould can working without manual or robotic, and it also improve product quality and production yield.
