multi color injection molding, widely applied is two shot injection molding and mixed color injection molding. 

Need special injection molding machine, which equipped with two injection units, and two barrels are parallel to 

each other. For the mold, should make two sets, one for injecting the first color, and the other injecting the second 

color. So wall thickness will be different should be taken into consideration. 


After first color finish injecting, after cooled the mould open and rotate 180° without ejection of the plastic part. 

And then start the second step, injecting the other color.
