Mould technology: 

* Rotate mould design, by rotating the block of toothbrush head part, which will be connected with the double injection machine, much more flexibility and minimize manufacturing cycle time. 

* Parting line chosed the location of half side part of toothbrush handle, for good demoulding

* After first colored, the brush head leaves onto the mould, no need ejecting, body of brush handle demoulding and rotate, then to have the other colored. After finish this step, demoulding the complete toothbrush automatically. 

* Hot runner system suggested
